I was born in the Province of Benguet, Philippines, the third child from the family of two boys and four girls and raised into a close-knit family. Though teacher by profession, I decided to work overseas as as to financially help my younger brother and sisters in their studies. I then worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for less than four years until my youngest sister graduated from college. Was back in the Philippines, had finished my master’s degree. I had been a substitute teacher both in the Elementary and Secondary level.

My name is Leticia Jose, Filipina, married and presently working in Tokyo, Japan as a Nanny/Housekeeper. My mother is a housewife and my father was a farmer. I am the 4th of the seven children in the family. We are from poor family but my parents tried all their best to bring us up and to send us to school.
I finished my Bachelor in Science in Business Administration major in Accounting. I took up the Accountancy Review course so as to take the board examination for Accountancy but unfortunately I was not able to make it. May be God has different plan for me in the future.

I’m Karen Ramirez and I was born in Batangas, Philippines on January 1986. I’m presently residing in London. My mother is Rita, a housewife and my father Reynaldo a fish vendor. My parents have three children. My brother Rexon 27 years old who is the eldest and my youngest brother Ryann 23 years old. I am the only daughter of my parents.
We used to live in a small and simple village near to the river, as I grow old I learned how to be independent. I need to live on my own because my place is very far from the University that I’m going to study. As being independent I learned how to cook nice food, cleaning, doing laundry and ironing of clothes. It’s an advantage for me that wherever I go I can live and cope with any changes around me.

I’m a single mother. My son name is Van Aldwin Mercado. He is 12 years old and my parents are the one take good care of him. My mother Patricia is a plain housewife and my father Quirico is an overseas worker in Saudi Arabia. I have 3 siblings. My sister Rowena, 35 years old, married with two children. My brother Nelson, 32 years old, married with 2 children and presently working in Shell Philippines as a welder. My brother Michael, the youngest is 29 years old, married with 1 child and presently working in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia as an Engineer.

My name is Tatiana Vakhrusheva. I would like to tell you a little about myself. I am 27 years old. I live in Russia, in Izhevsk City.
I am friendly, outgoing and lively but a little bit shy. I am neat and I like to clean everything. I am caring not only for people but also for animals. I like cats more than dogs and I am afraid of horses.
I have a big family: my mum, dad, older brother and sister. My mum is an engineer, my dad is retired. My brother and sister have own families. They live in the village. Also I have a niece, her name is Anna. She is 5 years old. I spend much time with her when I visit my family. I teach her to read. We like to draw and play different games together.
